Fantastic service and outstanding aftercare, 3 years on now and I had an issue with my weather strip, I emailed to ask for a price and they popped over on the way to another job, sorted the seal and didn’t charge as it was an easy fix. Can’t ask for better aftercare than that. Highly recommend this company.

Overall a great experience, a five star service. Our contractor had two window companies in mind, and we visited both. We chose A L Windows because we saw the place where the windows were made, and fortunately met the people who had quoted and who would fit. The boss, Mandy, worked with our Architect to improve the details and the design, and the result is stunning; his input was highly professional. After the doors and windows were completed, a piece of debris on the site damaged a weather strip on the underside of the doors; they returned immediately and repaired it with no additional charge, even though it was not their fault.

Now we are adding the finishing touches and will post a photo of the job when it is finished.

AL Windows were a pleasure to do business with. They are a small, family run business which means you get a personal and professional experience from start to finish. The brothers are courteous and friendly and the cost was extremely competitive in the current market. They were prompt, flexible and willing to work to my building timeframe and schedule. I would definitely recommend AL Windows and am pleased I chose them for my bi-fold installation.

AL Windows are a breath of fresh air in the windows market. Excellent before sales service with advice on the many different options available - brilliant installation, really looked after my property - and amazing after sales service (one minor issue was resolved with a call out visit in no time!) - the quality of the product is exceptional too, with lovely slim profiles so you have more glass to see through! - I will be calling them again if I get another property!

We had all our windows including a sliding patio door of our flat replaced. The service by AL Windows was excellent from beginning to end. The pricing, planning and installation went very smoothly and their expert team were very much on the ball. They were very tidy and clean workers that left our flat in tip top condition. Well done to them and a sincere thank you for a job well done.

We are so pleased we chose AL Windows for our bi-fold doors. Service was excellent from start to finish. We found all the staff to be very helpful. They were always very happy to answer our questions. Our doors were ordered, made and delivered in 3 weeks at a very reasonable price.
Mandi and his assistant (who's name escapes me, sorry) fitted the doors in a very tidy and precise manner, very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend their very professional services. Thank you AL Windows.

AL windows replaced all my windows and balcony doors. This was done in a very professional and effective way with the minimum of disruption.
Job was finished in 3 days and I’m very happy with the outcome, so much so that I recommended them to my neighbour who will also be using them.

We had our windows and doors fitted over four years ago, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Recently, we accidentally broke a handle, and they came around and fixed it quickly and without any hassle. The customer service is outstanding; everyone is very friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!
